Just in case you missed your chance to purchase Britney Spears' elementary school homework at the last auction here is your chance to spend outrageous amounts of your hard earned money on more of Britney's homework. Julien's Auction House is putting up for bid more of Britney Spears' homework in their upcoming winter sale this weekend:

Along with this stunning piece of Britney Spears memorabilia, items such as one of David Cassidy's "favorite" guitars, a book that belonged to the late Mary Pickford and a nasal drop applicator that as prescribed to the late Marilyn Monroe will also be on the auction block. As much as I'd love to own one of Britney's belongings, I think I'd rather own an item that has been in Marilyn Monroe's nose ... is that weird? [Source]

Speaking of Britney's belongings, her latest acquisition, Jonathan JR Rotem, was spotted and papped as he dined at The Ivy in West Hollywood earlier this week:

With a single kiss ... er, and public crotch straddling, Britney Spears has catapulted this music producer who no one paid any attention to into the celeb stratosphere. Expect to see pictures of JR pumping his gas, going to the liquor store and withdrawing money from the ATM very soon. See ... he's just like K-Fed except with less garish jewelry his name is JR. I keed, I keed ... at least when JR is withdrawing money from the ATM you know it's his money and not Britney's. [Source]

Matthew McConaughey, Matthew Fox and others were on hand for the premiere of their new movie We Are Marshall in Huntington, West Virginia last night ... here are a few pics from the red carpet:

Even tho Matthew McConaughey is wearing more clothing than we are used to seeing on him, I gotta say that he looks pretty sharp. Matthew Fox looks as cookie-cutter as he usually does, but it works for him. Props to the boys for making the movie's first premiere in West Virginia and props to them for actually showing up for it. [Source]

But getting back to Matthew's new look, it must be said that he really rocks that suit right:

The hair is a little Jeff Spicoli on Spring Break for my taste but I guess it kinda works on him. Eh, as much as I think nekkid wetness suits Matty boy, I don't mind seeing him in slick threads like these ... let's just hope he dosn't make a habit of it. [Source]

People magazine has dubbed Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Maddox Jolie-Pitt, Zahara Jolie-Pitt and Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt as the Family of the Year for 2006:

I am not exactly sure what criteria People magazine used to bestow this honor upon this particular family but I suspect it has something to do with the fact that they are all stunningly beautiful, outrageously wealthy and sickeningly philanthropic ... huh ... go figure. I bet TomKat is pissed. [Source]

The newly dubbed Family of the Year have packed up their belongings and left New York City ...

... no word yet on where they are winging their way to next but I suspect they'll be in the Los Angeles area soon for more movie premieres ... and then prolly off to some exotic locale to look pretty in for the holidays. [Source]

Jake Gyllenhaal appears to have lots of love for the University of Texas:

And altho it goes against my nature as a University of Oklahoma Sooner, I can't say that I mind very much. But c'mon, even Longhorns gotta admit that he would look sooo much better not wearing that t-shirt, right? [Source]

Tsk, tsk ... and Tara Reid was doing so well lately ... didn't she just proclaim to the world that she was straightening up her act in order to live a more sedate and sober lifestyle? Am I totally making this up? In any regard, it would seem that that proclamation (if there was one) is long forgotten ... here are new pictures of a messy-looking Tara stumbling out of a club in London and onto the pavement in front of that club:

Show of hands, who here is really surprised by this? Oh and fur sucks. [Source, Source]

Hmmmm ... Kate Moss was recently spotted not wearing her sparkly newish engagement ring ...

... wait, is this the week that she and Pete Doherty are off again? [Source]

Here are a couple of really cute pictures of Sofia Coppola with her new baby daughter Romy and her old boyfriend Thomas Mars as they take a little stroll together in the beautifully romantic city of Paris, France:

Ah, Sofia strikes me as such a great mom and loving girlfriend! [Source]

Kelis was lookin' pretty damn fabulous at the McDonald's sponsored load it, gift it, love it ... now wear it fashion experience in New York wearing an Arch Card "Fashion Original" dress designed by Project Runway Season 1 winner Jay McCarroll ...

... er, well, as fabulous as one can look wearing a dress made of McD's gift cards. Whatev, girl can work anything ... except that new hair color which I'm totally not feeling. Eh, I still love her. [Source]

Pamela Anderson has updated the blog on her official website and talks about how she and her boys are gearing up for the coming holiday season:

I love how she has her boys donate old clothes and toys to the needy each holiday season. And I also love how she casually doles out the love advice. Getting married while on vacation is, indeed, a bad idea. I was under the impression that such wisdom only came from fortune cookies. [Source]

Sienna Miller is featured in the new issue of W magazine:

At least, I think it's Sienna Miller ... I'm not even trying to be funny, she never looks the same to me. I actually like these pictures ... the last one is really hot ... the middle one looks painful -- but I guess I now see what Jude Law fancied in her. [Source]

And finally, Kylie Minogue has announced that she will be doing a very special New Year's Eve Showgirl Homecoming concert in London this year. Tickets went on sale this morning and have prolly already sold out:

KYLIE MINOGUE is ending her amazing comeback year with a special New Year's Eve gig in London. She will perform the one-off Showgirl Homecoming Tour gig at Wembley Arena. Kylie said: "I am so happy to be back on stage. I've been to some great New Year parties over the years and I can't wait to host what will be the biggest party of all." Tickets for the concert — which also stars camp ABBA tribute band BJORN AGAIN — are £65 plus booking fee. What a great way to ring in the New Year ... Londoners are a lucky bunch. [Source]

Les News:
Nothing exciting to report from yesterday ... got some housework done, got some Xmas shopping done, blah blah blah. I'm getting more and more excited about my trip home to Detroit next week. Actually, I'm just looking forward to chillin' at Sarah's place whenever there is nothing else to do ... just like the good ol' days.

Hope your Wednesday is a good one and more exciting than mine looks to be ... I'm out.
